Forced Eviction by TNI

Victims of Occupational Alliance TNI (SROBOT) tried to seek legal certainty of buildings, land and all assets which has been claimed by TNI/Indonesian Military. This claims triggered violence, terror and intimidation againts people before and during the eviction or forced relocation. Indonesian Military/TNI should use legal approach to proof ownership and provide supporting documents for their claim.
