Full Description

November Victory was begun in November 1954 and complete in early 1955. In collaboration with shipping interests, the Federal Government proposed changes I the Stevedoring Industry Bill that attempted to extract the right to recruit waterside labour from the WWF. The resulting strike was supported by the ACTU and other organisations, and ended in the victory for the Federation and for the labour movement.  Produced by the Waterside Workers Federation Film Unit (WWFFU) Norma Disher, Keith Gow, Jock Levy.
