Full Description
Article 132 of the Malaysian constitution states that although the Indigenous People are allowed to occupy and use the land they live on but they cannot officially claim ownership to it.
Sinui Pai Nanek Sengik (SPNS) is an Indigenous community organisation who are now fighting for their survival because "even the animals depend on land for their survival, so what more us, human beings."
