seeking films for Freedom Film Fest

Komas organize an annual human rights film festival held in Malaysia and we’re currently looking for films/documentaries for our screenings that will take place in September. We would very much appreciate your suggestions and submissions to our film fest.
Our theme this year is on “independence” since it’s the 50th anniversary of our country’s independence from Britain .
So it will be nice to have stories of inspiring or alternative independence struggles from various parts of the world.
But apart from that our regular themes or divisions of films are as below:
- globalisation/ FTA/ new colonialisation
- grassroots community actions and organising and indigenous land struggle
- race and discrimination
- gender and sexuality
- religious fundamentalism
- freedom of information.
