Full Description

The first installment of a new MTV documentary series called "Impact," with eco-activist and journalist, Emily Hunter, searching for the truth behind Canada's Tar Sands. Follow Emily as she take you on a drama filled journey to the tar sands of Alberta, meeting government reps who defend it, communities who are dying from it and Albertans who just don’t understand it. Emily also checks out the “belly of the beast” first hand, battling with herself personally as both journalist and activist in deciding what she think the truth is about the tar sands.
