Citizen Journalism is fairly new in Malaysia. We are the first batch of citizen journalists trained by local online media, Malaysiakini partnership with ICFJ. Our countrymen have often mistook the term citizen journalists with bloggers who write with no rules, no ethics and no restrain. We are not. We seek out the news, we convey them without censorship and we are not biased. We come from different backgrounds and we pursue matters like religious tolerance, environment and human rights.

Tks Nova for pointing that out. We are not rich enough for Starbucks and we do not have other venues with wi-fi to gather.
