Full Description
A huge building dated about 150 years old which currently houses a Chinese Medicine Hall that has a history of 124 years is facing development. The landlord is going to take back the building for other uses. So, the Penang State Government, the landlord, tenant and experts from heritage conservation sat down to discuss how to maintain the historical and cultural value while giving the landlord sustainable activities to maintain the building.
