Full Description
A group of citizen journalists from Penang went down to the streets to find out about the plight of the people sleeping on the streets. Currently, there is no shelter home in the state to house these people living in poverty. The citizen journalists then approached the Chief Minister to seek answers and were told that the state is awaiting funds from the Federal Government to build the shelter home. The Federal Government and the Penang State Government are from two opposing political parties.
