Why Poverty? creates an international partnership with broadcasters, NGOs, institutions and concerned citizens around the world. Broadcasting in late 2012, it is designed to reach the largest possible global audience - using every available platform and a massive outreach campaign.
Why Democracy? reached an estimated 250 million people in 180 countries through 48 broadcasters. This time we're aiming for an audience of 400 million.

Our films will show that things can be improved if we set our minds to this. And we will examine the degree to which ideas of human solidarity and world citizenship are emerging from the new movement throughout the world to abolish poverty.
