The submission form for OVNI 2011, is open and it will take place from the 22nd to the 27th of February 2011, at the Centre de Cultura Contemporànea de Barcelona in Spain.
The Observatory Archives are intentional in nature and organized around specific themes, bringing together material that supports a critique of contemporary culture through different approaches such as video art, independent documentary and mass media archaeology.
The call for works is open to all themes within the mentioned areas, including as well non edited, archival or found footage.
Deadline: 15th September 2010.
