Full Description
J Town ends with the hungry Tamil boy being offered a rice packet by a crippled Sinhala man...yes a new Sri Lanka is possible, CHANGE can come. And both Tamils and Sinhalas can live in peace. J Town is Jaffna in the North. In the early 1980s, Jafna University's library containing the world's largest repository of Tamil literature was bombed to smittens by the Sri Lankan Air Force.
