Come 2012 Australia will shut-down analogue broadcasting services. There is yet no effective mechanism to support community television (CTV) on the digital spectrum. Don't Go Digital Until We Do asks of the general public to not purchase a digital set-top box until all CTVs are licensed to broadcast on digital.
