Yosina Dike has been a teacher for the past seven years in Doyo Baru in West Papua. She has tried numerous times to take the civil servant enrollment test but the local administration never selected her. She continues to work under her Rp 400 thousand per month wage. She says she continues to do so because teaching is her calling.
