Full description

“G4S supports the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and we are committed to upholding these principles in our policies, procedures and practices. Respect for human rights is and will remain integral to our operations”.

Speakers at the protest had more than a little to say about this claim by security company G4S ... This video comprises extracts from the 'official' speeches; when the microphone was declared open there were three takers: representatives of Socialist Alliance and Musicians Against Police Violence, who have been working on behalf of Lex Wotton, and  a visitor from WA who described other cases he knew of.

After the speeches, and in the absence of any response from G4S, a number of the protesters entered the building to deliver a letter, as already reported.
