PORTHOLE Experience - we designated portholes scanning with our 2.4 Ghz reciever that picked up wireless webcams surveiling public spaces - the 2.4 ghz frequency is the tiny fraction of the radio spectrum has been allocated for public use, [as if the eather were not already public!]

so the zooming and tracking is being done by someone else right?

did you choose footage that was specifically doing that? and what percentage more or less was actively controlled in this way?

we were testing to see if it was an 'automated' surveilance system with motion capture or 'manned' the zooming at the end was after i had passed that space after the 6th hour in a row doing the same round. The 'watchers' the security of the Parliment House somehow knew we were tapping in to their feed - from the eratic searcing movements. We were hidden behind the bush they kept trying to zoom into. So no - none of it was actively controlled - by us -watching the watchers.
