APEC: 330 Million Dollar Wall of Shame didn't work: Chasers Comedians

by Fletcher Thomas last modified 2007-10-22 00:19

The comedians: the Chasers, managed to breach APEC security with all the walls and all the snipers and all the helicopters and they still managed a joke in breaching security. They were locked up for this as the Australian Government has no sense of humor about its wall of shame.

Full description

It is mainly a montage about the angst that the arrest of Australian comedians being arrested had on me. I know that they are emptying jails and letting potentially violent people free, while creative people, artists, comedians, and a group of vegans in the APEC demonstrators lead by Alex Bainbridge, are all treated like criminals. Usually as "+++The Saint+++" I am in character as William S Burroughs, though I guess the angst of the situation broke my persona. Emotional times.
