Towards an EngageMedia strategic plan

Over the past five years EngageMedia has established itself as a leading distribution platform of social justice videos from the Asia-Pacific Region. We are now entering a new phase and with it, a strategic plan to guide us through the next few years.

A few months ago we had been approved funding from the Open Society Institute to write a strategic plan that would see the organisation build on five years of expertise, networks and partnerships. We're currently running a series of focus group discussions and will shortly release a survey to assist us in fashioning a plan for the next three years.
