Young Hazara in both Melbourne and abroad collaborate to produce a micro-docs series, a video installation, public screenings and exhibitions, mentored by media artists and creative producers. Bamiyarra will be on screen at the Emerge Festival - Melbourne CBD - in July 2012 and on site at Signal - Southbank Melbourne - in August 2012.

Full Description
Young Hazara in both Melbourne and abroad collaborate to produce a micro-docs series, a video installation, public screenings and exhibitions, mentored by media artists and creative producers.
Bamiyarra micro-docs will screen at the Emerge Festival on 3 July 2012, Treasury Place Cinema, Melbourne.
Bamiyarra installations and photo essay exhibition on site at Signal, on the banks of the Yarra River, in August 2012.
Bamiyarra is a Home Lands v2 project. Home Lands v2 is a collaboration between La Trobe University, City of Melbourne, Cultural Development Network and Youthworx Media in association with Multicultural Arts Victoria.
Home Lands is funded by an Australian Research Council Linkage Grant, City of Melbourne and the Cultural Development Network.
