Four refugees escaped from West Papua following the violence against the Third Papuan People's Congress. Brutally arrested and imprisoned by Papua New Guinea police on trumped up charges of illegaly importing the fuel which they used as a means of escape, denied medical attention and legal representation, the political prisoners remain in detention until now. The men's families have grave fears for their lives and worry that the Indonesian Intelligence has motivated the PNG authorities to imprison them.
