- Choose your own movie now... Every day, you use goods that come from mines - gold in your jewelry, tin in your handphone, manganese in your car, and coal, oil and gas for electricity. Mining Advocacy Network/JATAM wants to take out to the mines so you'll know where and how those materials were mined. JATAM has collected 20 movies about mining and the environment from nine countries, which will be screened for free on Sunday, May 2, 2010. The same day, JATAM will also held a Public Consultation to get your input about the issues surrounding mining, the environment and climate change. But YOU will determine which films will be screened. Select films from 15 to 27 April 2010.
