March 2011, Seoul, Korea - Futures Studies lecture of Mark D. Whitaker, Ph.D., describing his comparative historical analysis of environmental degradation and environmental amelioration social movements that led him to develop the ideas of a bioregional state as a key way to achieve sustainability.
