CPH:DOX invites filmmakers around the world to submit their documentary films to the 6th Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival, running November 7-16 2008 in Copenhagen, Denmark. CPH:DOX 2008 presents 150 films, four international competitions with cash prizes amounting to 23.000 Euros and the DOX:MARKET.
Memefest is a festival of radical communications which holds an annual competition for radical and innovative use of media. The regular competition has three main divisions open to students: Communications Studies, Sociology and Visual Arts. The "Beyond category" is not just open to students but any artist, activist, malcontent or media manipulator can enter.
