Q! Film Festival is a festival showcasing LGBT, HIV/AIDS and human rights films in Indonesia. Filmmaker Ucu Agustin followed the chatters and suspense when members of the Islamic Defenders' Front (FPI) rallied outside of the two Q! Film Festival Jakarta venues in Goethe Institute and Erasmus Huis Dutch Cultural Center on September 28, 2010. Although the organisers cancelled several film screenings afterwards, they still managed to continue with most of the festival programs. Read more…
