An Indonesian worker was dismissed without notice by his employer. He lodged a complaint to nearest labor office and his claim was granted.
An Indonesian documented migrant working in Kim Lee Sawmil, Sungai Gadut, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia was been dismissed by his employer without notice. His work permit was supposed to be valid until August 2015.
He sought assistance from Tenaganita which assisted him to lodge his complaint at the nearest labour office. The labour office in Seremban has assisted him to claim his unpaid wages. His employer eventually paid his salary and sent him back to Indonesia. He has returned to Indonesia legally.
